Delivery Options
We provide three delivery options, which depend on the types of products in your order. The delivery method for each product can be found under the "Stock Status" section on the product page.
Note: For orders with multiple items, the shipping charge will reflect the highest delivery option. Some products may arrive separately, but you will only be charged a single delivery fee per order.

For small items such as bed linens, cushions, tableware, and small furniture (under 25kg), delivery is handled via UPS. Orders typically arrive within 5 - 7 business days. For orders with backordered products, you'll receive the in - stock items first. Orders from the Highlands and Islands are expected to arrive within 8 - 9 business days. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to sign for the package, UPS will leave a card with alternative delivery options, or if available, your order will be left at a local UPS Access Point for pickup. |
Large items, such as non - assembled furniture, are delivered to your address by our logistics partner, Winccanton. Once the order is ready to ship, you'll receive a text or email with a link to Winccanton's portal where you can select, modify, or review your delivery date. If your order is not immediately available, we will notify you of the expected dispatch date, and once it is ready to schedule delivery you'll be able to reschedule. Two days before your scheduled delivery date, you'll receive a two - hour window for when to expect the delivery. For furniture and assembled products, Home Delivery & Assembly service is available. We will be specialized with Winccanton to provide you with the delivery services. You'll be notified once your order is prepared for dispatch, and given a link to Winccanton's portal for managing delivery scheduling.Two days before delivery, we’ll send you a t wo-hour time slot for the arrival. Your items will be delivered to the room of your choice, unpacked, assembled (if needed), and any packaging will be disposed of. Please note, however, that we cannot offer assembly for certain items like wall-mounted fixtures, headboards to existing bed frames, or installation of electrical appliances. NOTE: Our full Home Delivery + Assembly service may not be available in all areas. Check the Delivery Charge Tables below or contact us for further details. amend your delivery date. Items Monday to Saturday (dependent on location). We'll call to schedule your furniture delivery, and you'll receive a two - hour delivery window two days in advance.
