We offer free delivery on all online orders (yay 🎉).
Here’s what you need to know:
Delivery Area
We currently deliver only to the mainland of England, Wales, and Scotland.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or any offshore locations, such as the Shetland Islands, Isle of Man, or Channel Islands.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver within 15 working days.
Remote mainland postcodes — including the Scottish Highlands and rural areas of Scotland, Wales, or northern England — may take longer due to location and carrier access.
Sometimes delays happen — if so, we’ll keep you updated.
Before We Arrive
Please take a few steps to make sure delivery goes smoothly:
- Measure up: Make sure your items fit through doors and hallways.
- Clear the way: Move breakables and make space.
- Protect your floors: Our team can’t take off safety shoes.
- Have an adult home: Someone 18+ needs to sign.
- Check your address: Updates must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery day to avoid disputes.
On Delivery Day
- We’ll call you approximately 30 minutes before arrival (where possible).
- For safety, our delivery team will do a quick check. If it is unsafe, we may leave your items in a secure spot (garage, porch, etc.).
- Curbside delivery only — to the nearest accessible point at street level, such as your driveway or front door.
- Check your order right away — and note any damage or missing parcels on the delivery form.
Failure to note visible damage at delivery may affect claims.
- Unpacking/assembly is not included unless pre-booked.
Missed Delivery
A delivery is considered failed if:
- No one is home
- No adult is present
- Items do not fit into the property
If this happens, you’ll need to reschedule. Re-delivery fees may apply, calculated by region.
If you reschedule within the allowed period upon notice, you can avoid re-delivery charges.
Damages & Claims
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issues, please report visible damage within 48 hours so we can resolve it promptly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To report, email us with photos and details within that timeframe.
Discounted & Ex-Display Items
All discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
This includes ex-display items and products with minor cosmetic defects, such as small surface marks or colour variation that do not affect structural integrity or everyday use.
This does not apply to items found to be faulty or misdescribed under the Consumer Rights Act.
We recommend checking all product details carefully before purchase, as these items are sold as final sale.
