Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:
As we offer free shipping on outgoing orders, kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, customers will need to cover the cost of returning any items.
Once a return collection date and time slot is confirmed, it must be strictly adhered to. Missed collections may result in additional costs charged to the customer.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order separately.
European Union & UK Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.
